From material selection to packed products

Our 22,000 m² site brings together 36 production machines and a team of over 100 people. Material selection, sample checks, printing and packing turn a product requirement into an agreed production specification.

Manufacturing
  1. Material and application

Confirm the product material and intended contents, including filling temperature and contact time. Do not infer permitted use from a resin abbreviation alone.

  2. Sample and component fit

Check capacity, rim dimensions, lid closure and handling with the exact combination planned for the order.

  3. Artwork and production specification

Confirm the artwork version, print position, colors and appearance requirements before approving production.

  4. Inspection and packing

Agree inspection points, pieces per inner pack and carton, labels and carton markings. Keep these details with the approved sample record.

Make the acceptance criteria specific

Agree the dimensions, appearance, print position, cup and lid fit, and packing quantity against an approved sample. For food contact documentation, state the destination market and intended use so the relevant product and test scope can be checked.

Tell us what you need to pack

Start with a model or product photo, the drink or food, and an estimated quantity. We can then discuss the details needed for a quotation.
